How do I fix the above error on W7 when updating windows 7?

google it , however you might want to check for the following


1: disk space
2: condition of h/drive
and more importantly , if this is a vista to 7 upgrade
3: The system cannot find the path specified.


so that's a disk cleanup (and defrag) then a chkdisk then look at number 3:


if I have this right , you are doing a vista to 7 upgrade and as I commented on the other thread there are to many variable's and problems doing this .


if the machine has been registered as a win 7 machine , and is capable , consider forgetting the updates and going straight for a win 10 upgrade , then wipeout and do a clean install of win 10

0x8007003 doesn't look valid to me, there should be 8 digits after the 0x.
