Warm home discount

-
I did the MSE switch in October to Eon I got the £12 and in January I got the £140 warm home discount. I pay £18 a month by DD with npower it was £23. Now when my 1 year contract ends will I get the £140 or whatever is left
 Good morning puwer98,
I'm not sure I fully understand your post to be honest but let me try. but let me try.
If you're still with us and you've had the £12 and the £140 credited to your account, that's great, when your contract, or tariff ends, you'll continue with your Direct Debit and everything will stay the same, you'll just need a pick a new tariff.
If you decide to change supplier, then any credit on the account will be paid back to you once your final bill has been produced and an accurate balance is there, or if the account is in debit, this will be paid.
All this will show on the final bill.
The account should run as normal even though you've had the warm home discount etc, it's just giving you some extra credit on the account.
I hope this helps, I'm sorry though if I've got the wrong end of the stick
