Urgent Cleaning Help Required

Hello.
Hopefully you can help...
Our toilet recently became blocked. While trying to dislodge the blockage, the soil pipe leading from the toilet to the main soil pipe broke away and toilet waste (faeces and urine) poured into the area behind the toilet - which was initially inaccessible as it is a tiled boxed-in part of the bathroom. I broke open the tiled area and cleaned-up to the best of my abilities, but some of the waste has become trapped behind pipes, and also down cracks and crevices, that I cannot reach. Is there a way of disinfecting the hard to reach areas from afar? I cannot use anything too wet as I'm in a first floor flat, and already leaked waste water into the apartment below.
Urgent advice needed as I need to act fast.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Get to a whetherspoons and get a sick/spill pack or find somewhere that sells spill packs. These are powders that absorb all the liquid and some will also neutralise most of the smell.0

Failing the throw a load of rice in there overnight and clean it up tomorrow.0
