Hello
A few years ago got a mortgage with Abbey and also PPI, since then Abbey was taken over by Santander, I have contacted them recently to enquire about PPI, they claim that I did not take any insurance out, what is the best way to start trying to claim my PPI back?

How on earth are you expecting to be paid something back that you never paid?
