Discrepancy between eBay Postage Estimator and actual ParcelForce prices

According to eBay's Postage Estimator, a 6kg UK parcel sent via ParcelForce 48 with eBay's discount should cost £7.98, and indeed I have sent similar parcels for this price until recently. Now, Postage Estimator is still showing £7.98 but when I go to print the postage via eBay it's £11.99! It appears eBay has drastically reduced their postal discount without bothering to inform sellers.

Has ebay ever estimated anything right regarding postage?

Seen numerous posts on here where people have gone with the price for postage ebay have stated and it's been completely wrong and caused an issue when someone's bought the item.

Delivery estimates have always been unrealistic too.

They're not good at updating things either. Certain things on their help pages are outdated, they don't ever seem to update them.

So no surprise really that the postage estimate for ParcelForce is wrong and hasn't been updated.

Either that or it's a glitch...they're good at them too lol.

£11.99 is Paypal's Parcelforce Price upto 30kg with collection
