Scottish Power wont close my account.
Hello
I moved out of my property at the end of June and paid my bills in full. Since then I have recieved bills in September and another in December. Both times I called them and closed my account again. I have now just received another email to say that my next bill will be ready in April!!
Why cant they just close it!! I don't know what to do next, can I call them and ask to speak to a supervisor, or do I write a complaint?
thanks for any suggestions

What are they continually billing you for if they have already billed you up to the closing read?
They can, of cousre, bill you again if despite providing you a final bill, other evidence is uncovered that implies you have not paid for all what you were obligated to pay for.
But yes, if you have reason for complaint, then raise a complaint with them.0 -
Try this number... 0800 001 5228, which seems to be a dedicated complaints line for SP0

Or follow the advice in this Telegraph article How to get Scottish Power to listen to complaints0
