Fitting Costs for Faulty Bathroom Cabinet

At the end of last year I had my bathroom re-fitted. I have noticed that the mirrored cabinet I had installed has started to rust already. I have contacted the Bathstore to ask for this to be replaced and retrofitted, but they have said that they will only replace the cabinet. They will not cover the labour costs to refit this. I just wondered where I stood on this, as it seems unfair that I will be lumped with the costs of replacing a faulty product?
I have their e-mail address to make a formal complaint, but would like to know my rights before I do.
Thanks in advance.
Amy.

Did you pay Bathstore to fit it or was it a third party? If it was through bathstore then they should absolutely have to refit it for you, a third party however I'm not sure you can claim for.0
