Err no. When you move into a new property, you are, whether you like it or not, on a Deemed Contract with the existing energy supplier. You have to call them with a meter reading/s and then you are free to switch to a new supplier.

Bear in mind, that this switch is not that much different from E.oN's v 19 and you might get a cheaper deal by going to separate suppliers.

You cannot register the new property unbtil you move in (unless you are prepared to accept all charges for the property that is not yet your home)

However, the details given suggest that at least the BG deal is indeed portable.

So you would need to register your existing property first.

You will have to register with the existing suppliers of the new property when you move in, but then you can switch to BG and bring the MSE/BG tariff with you.

(you might get into trouble if you delay matters. i.e. they may just cancel the switch if you leave it too late)
