Fridge Freezer Damage inside - Advice please, what would you do?

Hello everyone. I have a problem and I thought perhaps someone on here may have advice or had the same issue.
Our fridge freezer was broken, so we ordered a new one. It didn't end up being delivered the day it said it would and came the next day, even though I had taken a day off work. When we had fully taken off the packaging we saw inside there is a crack in the 'lining' of the fridge inside. It's only small, but is on one of the shelf support bits. I reported it straight away to the company and they've come back the next day saying they'll replace the fridge freeer for us.
A new one got sent today, I worked from home to collect it (but they don't know that) and the men took the packaging off the new one outside the house, just to check it before lugging it inside and there is a dent in the side, so that one has gone back too.
The delivery man suggested I ask for money off the fridge we have (with the small crack) as long as it doesn't affect our warrenty as it'll be easier and save me having another day off work.. which is TRUE but also I'm very concerned this small crack could get bigger over the years or could be making it ineffecient or something??? I don't know much about fridges, but I hope to keep it a long time!
What would you all do? Accept an amount back in return and keep the fridge, or still insist on a new one?
Just to add that I am 8 months pregnant and it's not ideal to keep having to stress over these deliveries and unpacking the food each time.... But I don't want to regret it in a few months if the cracks get much worse!!!
THANK YOU SO MUCH in advance

If it is on the support for the shelf, any future weight from goods will make it go bigger, unless it is a very slight crack ( more like a scratch)
I would speak to the supplier and voice your concerns. If it is an , all the way through crack, then I would like it changing myself.
And this is from a retailer who puts up with people complaining about dust on boxes when they get delivered ! It could get worse over time, you need to know what the warranty is covering. You may be able to get the manufacturer out, to change the panel inside for a new one. That way, no messing with re deliveries, an appointment at a time convenient to you and a repaired fridge done quite quickly.
They seem fair enough to deal with, if they have already swapped it over for a small crack. A lot of places would fob you off.0 -
In my experience, fridge freezers tend to be replaced because the plastic internal bits like the shelf supports and drawer fronts have broken rather than mechanical breakdown. The plastic bits can rarely be fixed and yours is only likely to get worse.
I might have kept the dented one but not the cracked one.0 -
I would not even contemplate keeping the cracked one. The dented one, maybe, for the right price.
Could you not cancel the order and go somewhere else?
