    Ah yes, that's in my old Aunt Daisy cookbook, which has somehow accomnpanied me around world, living in Denmark and France, also albion, since 1970.

    Sorry to high jack the thread, I don't like liver myself so can't offer tips on how to prepare it, I only buy it for my raw fed dogs.

    There's a difference between a cat eating the liver of something it's caught and a large meal of liver. I wouldn't risk it with my cat
