I know a elderly lady who is really struggling to keep warm.
often huggling under blankets shivering. The property is rented and has solid stone walls. Which is causing the propeller with heat loss.
can any please please help me to get this lady any goverment grants for these stone walls to be insulated.
worrieed she wont survive another bad winter.

Insulating a solid wall is a a lot more complicated than filling a cavity. As it is rented, it is down to the landlord to look into and approve any such works regardless as to whether the lady is eligible for any grants. Has she, or you actually broached the subject with the landlord?
Insulating solid walls involves either cladding the whole exterior of the property (like a tea cosy). Or, cladding the interior of the property (this will make rooms a bit smaller) and can be very disruptive to whoever is living there.
How is the property heated? Is she heating it properly or is she worried about energy costs? Is she eligible for the warm home discount?

The easiest alternative (as it is rented) may be to look for a well insulated modern property. This will massively reduce utility bills and would be far more comfortable and easier to heat.
Living in a period property will always have downsides. Energy costs is one of them.0
