BTL insurance

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help us. We have a BTL student property in which my 2 children live while they are at uni and we let out 2 rooms to other tenants.

We need to renew our insurance we have been quoted £183 by Bedford for the year. Does anyone know of any other providers for landlords insurance as I would like to see if we could get it any cheaper.......all we seem to do is spend out for this house :confused:

    Confused.com does Landlords Insurance - quite a few quotes through there :-)

    We use the AA on all our Btl's they are very reasonable

    Ta Chief, Got a quote from Zurich this afternoon £225. Went to your link and got it for £165. ;-)

    Although it looks like I'll have to stick with Bedford!!:rolleyes:
