How do you reset please and to be honest, trying to secure chrome download using IE was a slow process. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I am now thinking that because my preferred choice of browser happens to be chrome, and because my laptop came with vista installed, even though apart from this annoying notice regarding the fact it wont support updates it works fine, I'm stuck in the middle of something. It wasn't my intention to have to replace the laptop, but is that what I have to do?This is a system account and does not represent a real person. This message has started appearing on a few of the old iMac's that I maintain, looks like chrome will no longer push out updates to OS X 10.6, 10.7 and 10.8.
Chrome uninstalled and replaced with Firefox. I don't particularity mind the warning and fully understand these OS's are now very old and lacking security wise, but Chrome has annoyed me immensely by having no hidden option to disable this warning.0 -

No,no agree, I'm not replacing it with Firefox. What I have decided is to ignore it and continue as before, just as soon as I go to my first website it goes. Once April is here, it should go anyway. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
