Annoying notice, can it be stopped please?

How do I stop this appearing each time I start up:-

ok you are using google chrome on a machine running vista or XP ,


read the notice
It tells you clearly that there will be no more updates and the browser will not be supported any more


in a nut shell , use a different browser

I had the same message (I have Vista), I just re-installed Chrome and no more problem.

You should shift to Mozilla Firefox, Opera, or any of the many other supported browsers.but the warning can be removed if you so wish.

Having tried most browsers over the years, I still prefer Chrome. I will follow through your link thanks.

removed chrome via add/remove, installed it again and guess what, it's still here.
