Hi
I am having problems sending and replying to emails through Yahoo e-mail.
Everything in Yahoo Mail functions normally but when i click either reply or compose, the 'this page can not be displayed' page appears.......
'The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.'
ETC ETC
Would this have something to do with the fact i recently installed Zone Alarm Firewall?? Do i need to adjust settings on this??
BTW - I have 3 Yahoo accounts and it's the same on all 3 and I can access them from work so it's definately a PC problem>.
Thanks

Do you also have AVAST anti-virus installed? If so, there is an incompatibility problem between AVAST and ZONE-ALARM which means you cannot access certain sites (including Yahoo mail).

Similar problems can also exist when using Zone Alarm with other anti-virus software (including AVG).
Note that the 'fix' will mean that port 12080 will be 'open' to hackers when you are web browsing0 -
thanks for your help - this problem has now been resolved
I was running Norton Internet Security that came with this PC alongside ZoneAlarm, i removed N.I.S and it's fine now!
Is ZoneAlarm on its own adequate security??
Thanks again0 -
