    Wasn't aware of that, tbh, however my siblings don't use text relay - Mum used to use it a fair bit, but they've never got on very well with it. And you need a special phone.

    So it would seem that the Web Chat hasn‘t been used by so many people on here, which is quite suprising as it was well received and quite busy when I was in the office over the deadline weekend.

    I‘ve not used it yet but it looks like a decent system from what I have seen based on those around me who operate it.
