the beneficiaries/attorneys/executors are the same people .

In which case, there is absolutely no reason for anyone else to get involved. It would be a waste of public money to investigate any of this now.

If grandmother was financially abused during her lifetime, to the detriment of how she lived at the time, then the time to have intervened at was then, not now. The known abuse was dealt with. i.e, Grandmother choosing not to take further action. Any subsequent serious suspicions should have been deal with then. It is too late now.

On the whole it sounds like grandmother was probably happy for aunt/uncle to receive some of what they would inherit anyway while she was still alive. There is no evidence otherwise. It may have been a great joy to her to be able to ease their problems.

Even if aunt/uncle have not behaved completely correctly as either attorneys or executor, no other living person has been deprived of anything. Even if you had evidence of such wrongdoing, which you don't, what would actually be gained by an investigation?

Leave it: none of your business as you have no evidence.
