Barclays Bankrupt Mobile Banking

So I'm halfway through my debt relief order- and Barclays continue to refuse me access to mobile banking.

I was hoping when they changed the cash card account to the new Barclays basic account that those in dro's or bankruptcy would be able to use mobile banking.

Internet banking is good but from previous experience the Barclays app is so good and I want to use it.

Tried speaking to Barclays insolvency team (2x) only to be told I cannot get it until I'm discharged from my DRO.

Has anyone had any luck ?

I have one doubt , Why do banks insist on blocking out some features for people who are bankrupt . Features such as mobile banking that is . I mean if they can access online banking then why not mobile banking ? Any thoughts ?(I understand if they give a different sort of card and have limits on the account.)
