Is there something wrong today? I haven't been able to get into my emails for 4 hours and I just caught the end of bbc news on the radio saying there were some problems with broadband in lots of areas. Would you believe it's probably quicker asking on this forum than the 5 minutes it takes jumping through call centre hoops before I speak to Brian Smith in India

I too have been having problems most of the day. Affecting both webmail and desktop emails.
Virgin Media site is saying known issue for me, but about an hour ago I was able to retrieve some via my email client.
Estimated fix time on the Status website is 22:00.0 -
What a pest! I did end up calling them and the recorded message said the same, cheers!0

Yep, good old VM can be relied upon for one thing only ... constant failure ...
make that two things ... ridiculously high prices as well.

Really? That's certainly not my experience with VM...No 2 outages in 6 years and both were planned and only lasted a couple of hours. So, not exactly constant failure.Yep, good old VM can be relied upon for one thing only ... constant failure ...
