Hi brokers,is this achievable?

Looking to move house with a value up to £175,000-£190,000.
Current equity of £35,000 for deposit.
Joint income of £45,000
Wife has nationwide CC,£1200 limit £0 balance,£150 per month car payment, next account £5000 credit limit £0 balance.
Her credit file(mobile phone contract, car payment, mortgage) is almost spotless, just 1 late payment from over 2 years ago on next account.
I have M&S CC,£4000 limit with a £1000 balance(used for a balance transfer from wife's card).mobile phone contract, mortgage and small overdraft facility on joint current account which is never used.Have never missed a payment on these accounts.
However...
I signed a Scottish trust deed in Sep 2011 and was discharged Jan 2015.
Apart from the trust deed itself which is due to drop off 2017,the only accounts still visible from it that has not dropped off is a default for
£217, and 1 account which for some reason had only late payment markers applied to it till discharge date for around £2000(both shown as settled/satisfied).
So can any of yous guys give me an indication if this is workable or is it pie in the sky for a while yet.
Thanks!

Why not speak to a broker locally and see what they can do for you?
Otherwise use the mortgage calculators to see if you can afford that kind of mortgage with all that debt"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Thanks,we are going to see a broker in the summer but was just trying to gauge an opinion from an expert on here as well.
Apart from a little bit of adverse history on my part, our only debt is £1000 which in all probability will be paid off soon leaving no debt to speak off.
Regarding the calculator it looks doable as we don't have a problem with affordability.0 -

Looking at your post history, I think you have more than 'A bit'"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

This will be incredibly tricky, potentially impossible for here and now.
The variety of factors mentioned, coupled with the assumption you will be buying in Scotland (some specialist lenders will not lend there) make this tricky.
As always the devil will be in the detail, but your mortgage chances will dramatically improve next Summer onwards.
Good luckI am a Mortgage Broker
