  • Way too expensive for what it is to be frank.

Just out of curiosity, why would you wanna vinyl your floor?

That seems very expensive. I recently had an existing bathroom removed and new one fitted. Shower relocated and new shower installed, which meant quite a bit of pipework. Shower pump installed, walls and ceiling skimmed and painted, new towel radiator installed. Custom made bath panel which had mosaic mirror tiles to match mosaics in some parts of the bathroom, ply and flooring laid. Vanity unit installed. All this cost me £2,000 = VAT for the works, I supplied all the materials. I didn't need a skip, they took everything away daily in their van to the recycle centre. I live in North London.
My bathroom was small and not as complex as yours [new walls etc.] but that quote is high to me. I was and am very satisfied with the work done. Good luck in finding a good bathroom team!

    Seems reasonable to me

    Approx 2k in materials

    2k labour

1k for building materials and skip

    Average bathroom from us 7k

LVT is very popular in bathroom flooring, its far from basic vinyl and is warm on foot

I agree. It reads like a comprehensive job involving several skill sets and I presume, from the presence of Karndean, decent products.

Not surewhy the skip belongs to customer. Having a clear out?

Seems fair to me considering the multitude of skill-sets needed.
