    I would pay on 24th. How much will a day's interest cost you?

    I suppose that's what I'll do. It won't be very much, I just hate giving banks any money!

    Should be about 0.05%.
    So if you made £1000 of purchases then you'd be paying 50p interest.
    You may get residual interest on your next statement, too, but that would be even less.

    I agree. But just think how much you'll be saving by doing this than if you'd taken a loan for the money.

    [Presumably you'll be paying off the minimum each month and putting the rest into a high interest account?]
