I entered the code and it took me to a registration page where I entered my name, email, postcode etc - it didn't ask for my address and there was no confirmation that anything will be sent out to me. Where did I go wrong? Do I have to click somewhere else and actually request the toy or something?

Exact same thing I did. Only asked for postcode and never confirmed the toy was on it's way. I emailed them for help but it says it will take 10-12 days for a reply.:eek:

Thanks. I have filled in my details. I must admit, I lied about having children. I do this on other sites which offer freebies and then with things like this which are no good to me I take them to charity shops. They are still getting the advertising which is what it's about and it makes money for which ever charity I pick.

Next to where you enter the postcode there should be a button that says something like find address
