That's great, thank you. :T I called them and the lady I spoke to told me they had some problems with the site yesterday, but now the form should be fine. The offer was only activated this morning (got my copy of Eve mag last week and I've been checking this regularly), maybe they're still experiencing problems at this early stage of the promotion.

EDIT: I logged in and tried to update my profile (thought I could include my addy this way) - got the same form, which only asked for the postcode.

Not much help with sending an email, looks like an automated response at the moment.

I just came on here to post this today - I should have known someone would have beaten me to it!!

I received the offer via email from newmums.com this morning. I registered and had no problem filling out the registration form.

I can't post the link for some reason as it keeps showing it as !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

01628 500303 (option 1, I think ). Can only hope they'll update the form soon. Like I said earlier, you can log in and select the 'update details' thingy. Hopefully there will be a section for including the full addy in there soon.
