Happened a while back. Contacted My Hermes who told me to contact PayPal. PayPal reversed the payment straight away. There also seemed to be a problem with card payments yesterday. It took three attempts to accept my credit card (checked and was only charged once). Then I tried to buy another label with the same card and it said the card had been blocked. Contacted bank who said nothing wrong with the card, it was My Hermes who refused the transaction.0

I come from a background of IT in banking and if we encountered IT problems like they do on a regular basis, people would be shot. As far as we know, it's a price change, and they've broken something.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. It's worked for me today. We do three runs and it was there on each although I did see in the PS boards they have had issues.0

So I got my 10% off voucher code for sending 10 parcels in a week in January. So now I realise it's probably just going to work on one order, and they put the price up by 10p a parcel.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. I have my Hermes and eBay accounts linked so I can usually import parcel details from eBay, but when I tried today it erroneously said no parcels to import so I had to enter all the details manually. I paid by Paypal without any problems though.0

It happened to me today as well three times. Each time it worked when you tried again importing them. If you have to put them in manually and then add tracking numbers yourself it is a nightmare.0
