First direct - can't generate code

in Budgeting & bank accounts
The old app i had on my phone was fine. I could generate codes no problem.
Then i got the message as i tried to use it today ... i HAVE to update it :-/

So i did, and now i can't generate codes at all. It logs me in, takes me straight to my account list & from there i can't find where to generate codes at all.

Any ideas?

    below where you put your pw in it says generate code. I missed it the first time

    It should be between the password box and the 'protecting your money' thing. It is in mine anyway so unless your download went a bit wonky it should be there for you too.

    I see "use secure key" but not generate code.
    I also don't remember any such key

    Looks like you mobile has forgotten it is also a security key. Working OK here on IOS. Are you on Android?

    You will probably have to ring up FD and re-activate your mobile.

    Yeah that's what i had to do in the end. Long drawn out process but got it sorted in the end.

    And i am iOS :)
