Nationwide Bmr v 10 year fix
Comments
-
Our you sure you will not be moving home in the next ten years ?
If you overpay by £150 a month £1800 a year you will have overpaid by £18,000 plus interest saved.
Does the fixed deal have an overpayments limit ? 10% ?
Does Nationwide recalculate your mortgage payments each year due to your current overpayments ?
Have you got a static monthly payment ?0 -
We are looking at having an extension so nearly 100% we won't move.
Can overpay by 10% of original amount borrowed per year so approx max 8,500 per year
We have a static amount of 450 set up so even though the payment reduces each year we have a fixed payment of 4500 -
Are you saving up for the extension or expecting to borrow?0

Getmore4less, the extension would b paid out of savings and money from the family so no mortgage borrowing. Since first getting the mortgage my wife is now a full time mum so dnt think we wud pass the new affordability checks0
