Need Quick Help

ok im jobless and need help.ive been jobless for 2year's the first year was to take a break because i was getting to depressed so took a year off then i cant find another job. so i signed onto jobseekers allowence on my first year, then i recieved jsa for about a year then they wanted me to do a course or i wudnt recieve benefits i didnt want to do a course. so i didnt go on one everytime they set me up for one i didnt go which was stupid i know.i am now living with my sister and girlfriend ill explain why in a minute.now i went for a joint claim with my girlfriend in march i think we was both recieving £180 every 2 week for us both to live on which was tough but they wanted us both to go onto a course straight away even though we'd only just got back on with them. now since then we havent gone back to jsa, its been about 3 month since we last had money in our pocket were struggling like hell.. we both have had job interviews the lot and tried to do what we can but cant get work because we've been out that long. what can we do to recieve benefits again? i mean im so depressed im thinking about going on anti-depressants. i need money and quick.okay now the problem with my sister, her boyfriend was paying rent on this house which was £350 a month, he was living here but moved out and now lives back with his mum so we are living here to help out my sister because she has alot of problems of her own. now she has rang the jobcentre and they are going to pay the rent on the house for her and the baby. now she is recieving tax credit's which is £60 per week. for her and the baby but the jobcentre have started paying her £27 a week but one of her friends has told her she needs to cancel the tax credits but if she does that she'll only be getting £27 a week to live on which is not what she needs because of the bills she has and feeding the baby and herself.she cant stay on both benefits can she because this is benefit fraud i think. shes cancelled the tax credit one the other day but now she is only going to recieve £27 a week isnt there any way of upping this abit? because its way to low for her she needs more.i am trying my bloody hardest to get a job but its not working i have an interveiw next week just have to see how that goes.if anyone would help would be very greatfull thank you.

  • Can't help about your sister I'm afraid, but hopefully someone will be along in the morning who can.

Why don't you want to go on any courses? They can be quite helpful and surely it's not worth losing your JSA over?

Will they let you sign on again with a joint claim? But you will have to go on courses if they tell you to.

Hopefully you'll get a job before too long.

    danfx,

I have to ask, are you a troll?

According to your previous posts, you have just won £40000, yet on here you are pleading poverty?

Sorry, I missed that post ...

He found £40K, got told by the bank that it was definitely his, then a few days later got told it wasn't his. Yeah, yeah, we believe you.

How about the salary he got in July ...

... and the son that he seems to have forgotten about (I assume this is one of his sister's posts, or maybe there are more of them?) ...
