YES, even scammers need to pay VAT

NO VAT INVOICE ????? VERY DODGY,

Could be fake accounting, rest assured, that the little scammers like PPC's are targets for HMRC. They are easy prey unlike Google or Facebook who actually have brains

....so does that make my appeal still valid?...
    It doesn't matter.

You are now in the post appeal waiting stage (they have 6 years to pursue a court claim against you)

Not just implying, we've already said categorically, now do nothing re UKCPS. I've said the same in post 19 as Quentin has said too. The appeal was pointless but we do recommend one appeal rather than ignoring them, that's all. There are no other steps worth trying re UKCPS.

The only way to cancel a UKCPS PCN is to complain to the landowner/retailers assertively about this harassment. Be a thorn in their side until they agree to cancel it.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
