Property not listed on Zoopla recent sales

We almost bought a property recently but the sale fell through and the property was subsequently remarketed. I was curious to see how much it sold for so looked at the sold price records on Zoopla, and discovered that the property isn't listed at all. I don't mean it hasn't been updated with the most recent sold price, I mean there is no listing at all for that property - if I look up the relevant street it lists every house except that one. I know the property was listed on that site previously when we were in the process of trying to buy it, and the subsequent advertisement was also listed.
I subsequently looked at the Land Registry price paid data and the sold price does appear there, so I now know the answer to my question. However, I am curious. Is it possible the new owner of the house has requested that it be de-listed entirely from Zoopla? I didn't know that was possible. What are the reasons why someone would do this?

Zoopla site:Can I delete information about my home?
Since much of our data comes from public sources, we do not permit deletions as this would prevent our services from being as valuable. However, if you have claimed a home and added your own details, you may remove the details you have added from within MyZoopla
Where do recently sold prices come from?
Sold price data is publicly available and is supplied to us by Land Registry for England and Wales and by Registers of Scotland for Scotland. There may be a delay of up to 3 months from the time of a sale to it being reported to us.0 -
It takes time for data to be transferred from the LR to commercia sites like zoopla.0

I know, but this isn't the issue. As I explained in the previous post, it's not just the most recent sale that's missing, it's the entire property listing. For example, let's say it's number 10, the listing for the street lists numbers ...8,9,11,12.... The property listing was there previously, because I remember looking at the Zoopla estimate when we were putting in an offer.0 -
I may well be wrong, but my understanding is that a property owner can't prevent the info being on the Land Registry website as that is the official public record. They can however have it removed from a commercial site, such as Zoopla, if they choose to. The info is still available to anyone accessing the LR records, just not someone looking at Zoopla.0

We have a neighbour who sold their house in 2012, and the price still has not been updated on Zoopla or the land registry site (I just checked again), it states the last sale as 2007 which is when they bought the house.
I assumed occasionally mistakes are made and it does not get logged.0 -
My old house (that I know I bought in 1992 and sold back in March 2010) doesn't even appear on the Land Registry house price queries. Certainly doesn't appear on Zoopla.
I think it has something to do with the house and the front garden being on separate title deeds at the same address, and the search engine not being bright enough to make sense of it. The subsequent sales of houses either side show up, and I'm sure a couple of years ago it was on Zoopla but has completely disappeared.
The house is still there, as it is in the middle of a terrace that is pretty obvious.0
