Bank account upgrade - help needed

Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice. After being not so great with my money for a number of years, I decided to work at sorting everything out and in early 2013 set up a bank account with TSB which was a basic cash account. I can only use the card at specific ATMs and there are no "bells & whistles" on the account.
After holding this account perfectly since opening - no unauthorised overdraft, always inputting my full salary etc I'm hoping to get the account upgraded (to a standard Current Account - not one with a monthly fee or overdraft or anything). It won't let me do it online, so I've booked an appointment to go into the branch.
I was just hoping for some advice on how I can help improve my case for when I go in to get the account upgrade?
Thanks in advance!
