"headline grabbing response" Are you actually serious?
I never said their response was rude. I didn't start screaming about how badly I had been done to as a customer. I have not made the company out to be some sort of monster. I simply felt that the answer I got wasn't particularity reasonable.
I did however paraphrase what they said in my own words. HOWEVER, should I want to make a "headline grabbing response" I sure I could have come up with something better.I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0
