    To the OP, I've been through this twice in large organisations.
    That's why I'm now in a union. Look on it as a form of insurance in the event of job losses. Good luck finding a new job.

    It is not clear who is making you redundant?

    If they bought out the place it may not even be TUPE.

    the new company can do it if they don't need you and it would be easy for them to justify it if they wanted.
