TSB contactless timing

Does anyone have first hand knowledge of whether contactless payments made yesterday but not showing on my account until (at least) tomorrow will count towards January or February for the 5% cashback?
I didn't have many chances to use contactless earlier in the month so hopefully January. Only really want to know because I will have almost used the £100 for February already and can go back to my BC cashback credit cards.

Whilst you wait for responses here, there was a fair bit of discussion on timings on the original TSB contactless thread. Maybe you'll find something there?0

Thanks. Forum search doesn't seem to work on my phone or i'd have tried looking first. If I don't get any response I'll try on my PC tomorrow some time.0

I think it's almost certain it won't hit your account until Tuesday.
TSB contactless transactions I make on Friday don't usually hit my account until Tuesday. Never before then. Sometimes a day later.0 -

I never leave the cashback purchases to the last minute myself as they can take several days to show up.0 -
I'm more concerned if its the transaction date or date it hits the account that determines the month for cashback purposes. I would guess the systems would use the date it hits the account but in this instance the transaction date would suit me better.0

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately I don't make very many small value purchases as a rule and living in a very rural area there aren't many shops with contactless terminals so opportunities are rare.0
