Capacity in Which Completing HMRC Form?

I've just filled in a structured e-mail to the HMRC to notify them I have ceased self employment, however the final question has totally baffled me. I've tried reading through their help section, but I'm no better off for that fact.
Basically, the final question is "Capacity in which you are completing this form?" The suggested options are; self-employed; individual; sole-trader. But if I ceased being self employed two months ago I am no longer a self-employed individual/sole-trader. So in what capacity am I notifying them of my cessation of trading?

What form are you trying to complete?0

It's the 'Stopping Self-Employment' form/structured e-mail.0

From reading it, in your case it doesn't really matter. The question is more suited to an agent (or similar) doing it on your behalf.0

Thanks. So I'm guessing 'Individual' will likely be the appropriate response?0

Seems to be fine.0
