    No, Economy 10 is not usually 3-phase.
    3-phase is usually only seen in commercial premises. Domestic premesis are usually 2-phase.
    Single rate, or multi-rate tariffs like E7 or E10 does not alter this.

    To be clear, it is not the supply tariff that you are on that is putting off local engineers (and you bringing this into the mix may put some off), but rather that it is a Gledhill product that requires specialist knowledge ... hence why Gledhill have their own nationwide team of engineers all trained by them with access to parts & the Gledhill technical suupport if necessary.
