Hi guys! I'm new so please forgive me if this is posted in the wrong place.
I got a PO travel money card about a year ago, used it once and forgot about it. Now I need to use it again, my partner already put money on it then realised he didn't know the pin. We need the access code to reset the pin, or even to just get through to customer services, but we threw that away as soon as we activated the card as we didn't know we'd be needing it again. We travel tomorrow and we're in a pinch. Is there any way we can get a new pin or at least get the money that we put on it back?
Any help is appreciated!

Have you tried phoning them? They seem to have the phone lines open 24/7All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
I tried but I can't get through to anyone without an access code. I did find another helpline but it was closed (I rang about an hour ago) and I'm not even sure if that would take me to someone who would be able to help or if it was just for generic issues.0

No, we didn't register it online, it seems you can only use that option if you created an account.0
