  • We chose those seats for their position - upper deck on the 747 - and for the extra space.

    It's the lack of notification about the change that's riled me most. Customer service is nonexistent at VS nowadays.

    You are on the same flight, in an extra leg room seat. Sorry I don't see the problem....had they no seats left when you checked in and refused to refund that would be a different story.

    I paid for an exit seat, not just any seat. Their lack of thought of the passenger when handling changes astounded me.

    It very well could of been a late amendment leaving no time to notify people.... You got premium seat and a refund so there wasn't much more for them to do.

    Having flown virgin many times its VERY common for other passengers to congregate around the exits when stretching their legs. With an exit seat (even in the bubble) you will most likely have people stood in front of you during the flight.
    Just a heads up ;)

    Exit row and bulkhead seats are also smaller in width as you lose room because the table stows in the side of the seat.
