I've just fallen foul to receiving a charge from town quay short stay car park and want to thank everyone for their input in this thread (amongst others!). Would anyone be so kind to let me know if you would be held to fine with PE knowing you're the driver. Unfortunately my vehicle is a company car and I have a feeling the leasing company would have revealed my name.
