ANPR images -is there a a standard requirement for these?

Evening all.

I've just fallen foul to receiving a charge from town quay short stay car park and want to thank everyone for their input in this thread (amongst others!). Would anyone be so kind to let me know if you would be held to fine with PE knowing you're the driver. Unfortunately my vehicle is a company car and I have a feeling the leasing company would have revealed my name.

Please start your own thread if you have questions about your particular incident. Though old threads are useful to find relevant information for your own case, when it comes to specifics, you should be starting your own.
