having issues while opening more than 1 BOS Classic Vantage account.

As per This Link it is possible for one to have 3 Classic Vantage account. So far i have managed to get one but when i am trying to open another online it is not allowing me to open classic vantage and instead offering me basic account. Does anyone here know and have been successful getting more than one account??
Please note that I have checked my credit score and there are no issues there :beer: ... just in case someone thinks that can be the reason.

Similar has been reported by a few people recently. You could try and apply via the phone but the result will likely be the same. BOS don't have to let everyone have 3 Vantage accounts, and may be they have clamped down on the max number now, although the T&Cs still state a max of three.
The other option you could try is to apply for a normal Classic account, and then try upgrading it when it's open.0 -

I had no problems opening my 2nd Vantage account about three weeks ago, having opened my first one only a few months back.0

Opened my first one online in early December. Tried for a second online which was rejected in early JAnuary, rang them up and opened my second one over the phone in about twenty minutes. Rang again in mid January and got my third opened a little more quickly than the second one, took about 15 minutes as they have to readout all the terms and conditions.
My experience seems to be fairly standard anecdotally, some people seem to have successfully opened a second and even third account online, though some people have not been able to open multiple accounts.0 -

Just been on phone ... the lady said at the beginning of the call that she will put me though accounts team who will be able to help but then after that for 30 mins with Music but no one answer the call. So i hung up. I will try again.0 -

Account appeared online but no option to upgrade to classic Vantage... there is option for Silver vantage but i am not after that... Also tried calling today but did not manage to speak to anyone on the phone ... will try during weekdays once again by phone0 -
I opened my first BOS Vantage just after Christmas and then tried for a second one the following week but was just offered the basic one which I refused.
