Hi guys looking for advice we current have a single brick conservatory which is damp and freezing and we access it through the kitchen back door (kitchen is single story extension as well) my questions are
Can I change the plastic roof to a normal flat roof I intend on pretty much knocking conservatory down and rebuilding most of the walls and place large windows with bi fold doors so I will put foundations in accordingly
But can I do all this without planning permission as footprint is already there

Depends on permitted development. If the old conservatory was within permitted development and the new extension is within permitted development then you should be ok. You will need building regs approval though.Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0

The conservatory is already likely breaching planning if your back door is more than 3m (4m if detached) from the original back of house.0 -

This ^^
It's unlikely to need planning permission but building regulations approval is important, especially if you want the kitchen out there.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
