PIP - Additional Information, Address or Email?

Currently dealing with a DLA to PIP claim for someone elderly. I have some additional, hospital letters etc. I want to send to support the current application which they have had since the beginning of January.

Does anyone know of the correct address to send the information or better still a suitable email address.

Thanks!

    how elderly?

if they were already 65 in april 20134, then they don't need to apply for PIP.

if younger than that , I'm sure they wouldn't appreciate you calling them elderly ;)

    i know i wouldnt

Post it to the address that was on either the envelope you posted the form in or that was on the letter sent from the DWP with the form.
If you're dealing with the form for someone else you will have kept a copy.
