I am on a token payment phase which will expire next month but am asking advice on what will happen next when this expires.
My circumstances haven't really improved much in the last year financially but I may be in a position to increase payments to my creditors slightly.
Will SC still represent me after and can I still channel payments through them?.

I just think I will still need their ongoing help and I truly believe matters carry more weight with my creditors with SC representation

Yes, they will still help you. Make sure your budget is up to date and review it with them.
