can I claim ppi if I am still paying the loans off through debt agencies

Yes, but the amount you still owe will be offset against any refund. So the likelihood is that you receive nothing personally.0

You can't just "claim" PPI because you feel like it. You can complain about it if you feel you have grounds.0
