Studio PPI - debt

Hi looking for some information/advice.
I did have PPI and also had quite a few charges with Studio used all the letters and sent away only to be told wasn't entitled to anything back.
I want to try this again - this might pose a problem as I am on a debt management plan but they sold the account to a debt collector who is the receiver of the payments.
So can I do this again, would the payment be made to me or debt collectors?
