Imagine Ireland holiday rentals booking fees

Has anyone ever booked a holiday home rental with Imagine Ireland on the Internet or by phone. I have recently been charged £140.00 as booking fee. I was never told over the phone when booking about this charge in any of the numerous conversations I had with them. Apparently they charge £35 for each booking. But if it is more than 1 week stay you get charged for each week so £35 booking fee for every week . Surely this is not correct and is a hidden charge. Their website is very evasive and mentions nothing about booking fees.
