Anyone with experience of getting a new kitten when you already have a cat?

Thanks Spooky - I think my cats are finally back to their loving selfs which is great to see. I am spoiling them both rotton! They have yet to go upstairs (where the kitties beds were) but they are very relaxed now and sometimes stay downstairs all night.

My tom cat used to sleep on my pillow in my room at night which (most of the time) was lovely unless he wanted to play (ouch!) but the last few days would just wait downstairs until I got up and then climb all over me so I'm happy that things are improving
