There is a credit agreement entry on my equifax credit file which I don't know where it comes from. Here is the detail...
Credit Agreement New/Deleted
New Credit Agreement Summary
Company name: 47220660
Account type: Communications Supplier
Account number: XXXXXxxxx
Does anyone know which company is that? Could that be something to do with Nationwide? This entry came on the same day as I got mortgage AIP from Nationwide.
Thanks

Looks more like a Communications Supplier.
Any change to phone or TV suppliers?0 -

Nothing to do with Nationwide, it will be something like a landline company or maybe a mobile phone contract hence Communications Supplier for the account type.0 -
Got to the bottom of it. It is actually EE. I moved over from t-mobile to EE sim only contract in the first week on December 2015. The new credit agreement only showed now-nearly 2 months after.
At the time I was told there would be no checks or foot prints on credit history.
I'm in middle of a mortgage application and worried about the extra foot prints on my credit history.0 -
I had the exact same alert, 47220660, yesterday. I've been with EE for a long time, I wonder if they have changed their details on the credit systems or something. Please update if you learn anything else!0

Don't worry, EE soon to be a BT company.

Hopefully BT don't leave another foot print on the credit file when they take over EE.
I was a T-Mobile customer moved to EE when upgraded my line in December. I noticed that the account number changed so new account, new credit check I guess!!0 -
Its not a credit search, its just they are now reporting the account under a different provider. Unless it appears in your credit searches this should just show as a new account which you will easily be able to explain for the purposes of a mortgage I think0
