THE PRIZE

1. This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except for employees of Immediate Media, Lonely Planet and Regent Holidays their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this competition.

1. There will be one overall prize for one winner plus guest. The prize consists of return flights for two with Finnair from London Heathrow to Rovaniemi via Helsinki. One night in a unique glass dome with dinner and breakfast and two nights in a log cabin in Luosto with a breakfast basket. A choice of either a reindeer, husky or snowmobile safari. All airport and resort transfers are included.

1. The maximum total prize value is £2000 based on the recommended retail value at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.

1. The flights and accommodation must be taken in one trip, and both require 14 days advance booking and are subject to availability. Travel must be booked by 30th September 2016 and taken by 31st March 2017. Travel not permitted on or between 24th December 2016 and 3rd January 2017, all other dates are subject to availability.

1. Prize travel is subject to Regent Holidays’ General Conditions of Carriage. The winner and their companion must travel together on prize flights and will not accrue Finnair frequent flyer points on the prize travel. An upgrade cannot be purchased on airfares with cash or Finnair frequent flyer points.

1. Immediate Media, Lonely Planet and Regent Holidays make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at the destination.

1. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and companion.

1. The winner and their chosen companion must comply with all relevant customs, security and immigration requirements, including appropriate passport and visa requirements. Immediate Media, Lonely Planet and Regent Holidays will not be responsible for any passenger’s failure to comply with these requirements.

1. The prize winner and the companion are responsible for holding a passport with at least six months validity. And must organise relevant visas where required.

1. The prize does NOT include any insurance, travel to and from the UK departure airport, or any travel or other expenses during the trip. Any out of pocket expenses (such as phone, room service, drinks purchases, gifts and food are not included in the prize.

1. The package is non-transferable and no alternative packages will be offered.

1. There is no cash alternative.
