Yes the app is down so can't login at all.

Won't this be payday again for many - same thing happened last month. If you do it on payday you cause maximum chaos as the transaction volumes are greater. Whoever is doing this isn't stupid.

Last time was an HSBC technical issue, this time it is a denial of service attack. Both are equally frustrating for us the customers though!

Bit coincidental that they have been down twice in a matter of a few days. Think they tried to cover up the original attack by claiming it was a technical issue

I think the website was brough down by the collective mind power of all the frustrated HSBC account applicants who are fed up with the downright moronic demands made by HSBC!!
